he implementation of the Kakamega county priority programs over the medium term is expected to achieve the County vision of wealthy and economically vibrant County. The priorities to be pursued are in line with Kenya Vision 2030, MTP III, Big Four Agenda, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Governor’s Manifesto and County Integrated Development Plan (2018-2022), Covid 19 Economic Re- engineering Strategy 2020/21-2022/23 among other policy documents.
